Jim Dodson
Owner / LeadershipThird-generation owner and one of the region's few HAAG Master Level Damage Inspectors. Jim holds a degree in Construction Management and spent years in corporate operations at ThyssenKrupp before returning to lead the family business. He personally reviews inspection findings and sets the standard for every project JDH takes on.
Sam Dodson
General ManagerSam manages the day-to-day operations of JDH from our St. Leonard headquarters — scheduling, communication, and making sure every project runs on time and without surprises. She's the reason the company runs as smoothly as it does, and the first person to hear about it if something isn't right.
Brian McClees
Inspector ManagerBrian leads JDH's inspection team, making sure every assessment is documented, honest, and delivered in plain language a homeowner can actually use. His job is to find what's wrong with your home before a problem gets expensive — and to make sure you understand exactly what we found and why it matters.
Steve Dean
Project ManagerSteve has been doing this work since the 1970s. He oversees every active job site and is the person responsible for making sure the installation matches what was promised. If there's a question about how something should be built, Steve is the answer.
Jessica Commodore
Project CoordinatorJessica keeps homeowners informed at every stage of their project — from the first scheduled visit through final walkthrough. She coordinates between the field crews and the office so nothing falls through the cracks and you always know where things stand.
Nicole Joffe
Office ManagerNicole handles the administrative backbone of JDH — making sure paperwork, permits, and documentation are accurate and on time. When a homeowner has a question about their project paperwork or needs something tracked down, Nicole is who gets it done.
