JDH and his representative Randall were the only ones who … More immediately put a weather tarp to avoid rain from coming through the hole. My insurance did not want to cover the entire roof replacement based on misguiding information. But JDH prove them wrong byproviding information based on state's code of housing and manufacturer guidance (they know their stuff). End of the story, insurance covered the full roof replacement thanks to JDH guidance. Truly, great experience dealing with this company. Shortly after I moved in a huge storm damaged my roof. JDH called me … More to re-inspect it. They deemed the roof needed to be replaced and I started working with Allstate to that effect. Allstate has been nothing but a nightmare to work with. JDH went to bat for me and fought Allstate up and down, tripling the payout they tried to settle with me. They dealt with it entirely on my behalf saving me so much money and stress and I can't thank them enough. Their staff was incredibly friendly and professional, their timeline for completion wad reasonable and accurate, they showed up on time and finished quickly. Best of all? I didn't have to deal with ANY hardcore or pushy sales pitches or upsells. And my house looks FANTASTIC!
