The PCC Method documents Problem, Cause, and Consequence for every finding. The attic is checked for ventilation balance, decking integrity, and insulation R-values. You receive the full documentation file by email. The file belongs to you permanently. If repair costs are less than 35% of replacement cost and the repair is a long-term solution, JDH recommends repair, not replacement. No sales quotas. No forced decisions.
