JDH Remodeling is not a franchise and does not sub-contract territories. Every roof, every siding job, every inspection across all nine counties is run by the same HAAG Master certified team that works out of our office at 4821 St Leonard Rd, St Leonard, MD 20685.
That matters when you are a multi-area contractor: the crew that knows Calvert County’s wind exposure is the same crew that knows Prince George’s older housing stock and Stafford County’s newer builds. We turn down work that falls outside our 90-mile radius rather than stretch a crew too thin to do it right.

We hold to that radius on purpose: it is the distance our crew can cover without compromising response time or quality. Jobs outside it get referred to a contractor we trust.

No. There is no travel surcharge anywhere inside our 90-mile radius. The free homeowner inspection is free whether you are in St. Leonard or Stafford County. Pricing is based on the work, not your zip code.
Is JDH a franchise, or do you sub-contract by territory? +
Neither. JDH Remodeling is a single family-owned company that has run out of one office since 1986. Every county on this page is served by the same HAAG Master certified crew. There are no franchise licensees and no sub-contracted territories, so the standard does not change when you cross a county line.

Which areas get the fastest response? +
Calvert County is our home base, so St. Leonard, Prince Frederick, Lusby, and the surrounding towns typically see the quickest scheduling. That said, the whole 90-mile radius is built around being able to respond promptly. Storm and active-leak situations are prioritized everywhere we serve.
